Hacking BOTW eur disk AND us eshop at the same time?

So... Strange question perhaps. I bought BOTW eur DISK to play with my daughter but I think the progress will be slow, and it seems that you can't have more than one play session going in this game. I I want to play with my own link, so would it be possible if I download the US version and installed to USB and used cfw to separate the two so no saves conflict?

Yes you can have two different regions on the same system and each will have its own save with no problems.
