Hacking Both console have same friend code?

Hey guys,
Just did a transfer for dsiwarehax and all that, worked perfectly but now both my console have the same friend code. I uses the guide to unlink my NNID and made a new one, still have same friend code...
Any help?

You restored your source system, right? If yes, you have to format one of the systems - after successful a9lh install - to obtain a new fc iirc.

you don't need to format

Launch GM9 as an A9LH payload, browse to nand:/data/<ID0>/sysdata/00010032/, and delete the file inside. This will delete all your friends of course.... and create a new friend code.

There might be other ways, but if I don't know any.
