You can mount the SD2Vita or PSVSD as ux0:/ but not both as ux0:/ at the same time.
You can however mount them as other partitions.
For examble, SD2Vita as uma0:/, PSVSD as ux0:/ and the vita memorycard as usb0:/ (don't quote me on the last part, only quickly read something about it)
