ROM Hack RELEASE Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel Ultimate Edition 60FPS mod

Mod for Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel Ultimate Edition that increases the framerate from 30FPS to 60FPS. It is hitting that target framerate most of the time in handheld mode when using the below OC but a higher OC to GPU could help in the most heavy areas. Only tested in portable mode but will probably be unstable in docked mode without using ReverseNX to force the handheld profile due to the high resolution.

Recommended OC profile:

handheld_charging_cpu=1785
handheld_charging_gpu=768
handheld_charging_mem=1600

To install it simply copy the exefs_patches folder to the atmosphere folder.

Will only work with version 1.0.1 of the game.

Thanks for the full set! Much love. A nice side effect is when these games are running at 60fps the gyro aiming feels much more responsive.

i must be doing something wrong i still get 30 , you just put the borderland folder in the exefs_patche right ? i rebooted , tried a bunched of times , oc and not , dock and not .

I'm having the same issue. Both of the other patches work wonderfully, but this one I can't seem to get working.

EDIT: Wasn't paying attention guess I never downloaded the 1.0.1 update.

Have you made any change to the default graphic settings or just unlocked 60fps?

The guy who tested this before release told me that the dynamic resolution target framerate changed automatically to 60fps after telling the game to run at that framerate. In other words the more you OC the more the resolution will be higher.

im not understanding im putting it in atmosphere > content > (gameid) and its still 30fps and im on 1.0.1

Edit: i'm dumb and it was simply follow the instructions and drop it in atmosphere not the directory i was trying to do ty so much OP
