Each individual DLC is down to $2.49 each as well. $7.50 is a very good deal for a pretty fun game + all its DLC. Buying the GOTY edition also nets you a key to join the Duke Nukem Forever First Access Club. On top of that, purchasing (OR already owning) any of these and joining the 2K Steam group enters you in a drawing to win 1 of 3 daily chances to win the entire 2K catalog. Great price, good game, plenty of content, and several added perks make this a pretty good deal in my eyes. If I didn't already own Borderlands and all the DLC, I'd be frothing at the mouth. Check it out!

And Britain gets screwed again with the GOTY being £7.50 to the United States $7.50 pricetag.
Not surprised, are you?
I would buying if I wasnt so broke now lol..

Well I mean I guess that's with the tax added to the price already because we're such simpletons, right?

Oh yaa, we are being treated as simpletons lol.
Still got time, so lets see if I can get those

That's nice. I already got Borderlands GOTY for Onlive for $7.50 during their sale.

But for the same price on Steam, you can wait hours to install and patch! We all know how fun that is.

Well worth it, the additional content and all. I am at like 35 hours on my 2nd play through and am trying to 100% it with all missions cleared, it's a lot more lengthy the second time around because you can literally spend 30 minutes killing enemies at times.

But can you play offline or a lan game?

Grabbed this as soon as I saw it. I was excited after the Amazon Daily Deal was Borderlands like a week ago, then I knew one of the days of the 2K sale had to be it. I bought the game on sale from GFWL Marketplace a few months ago, but this was less money and had all the DLC. God I love Steam sales.

Ah epic, I was going to check what the sale was for today but thanks for the heads up

EDIT: Err anyone else have a problem with the pricing? On mine it says that Borderlands: GOTY and normal Borderlands is just 7.50 each lol

EDIT2: URGH I'm really tempted to get this

Great game

we should all play together sometime. The game isn't worth £30 these days. Everywhere else sells the goty edition for £15-20 hard copy.

Too bad it has such pain in the balls DRM.

SecuROM sucks the big one...
Can't use my bluetooth headphones...
Support from Gearbox is a joke...

I'm considering buying it even though my computer can't run it. Just for if I get a computer in the future.

But I already own the Xbox 360 version with almost all the DLC (just missing the Claptrap one) so I'm not quite sure.

@Pinesal: It's worth the wait if you have a computer to run it at a larger resolution and better effects than what is offered through onlive, your internet speed would probably make onlive look like a slide show, or your ISP is adding a download cap.

@zeromac: Yea, I think I remember seeing the orig at the same price, but today it looks like it's now 2/3 the GOTY price, with the DLC pack being approx the GOTY price.

For my $0.02 the Game is definitely worth getting esp for $7.50. I got the full set for about $25 last year, and have played about 300 hrs on it, and that's just SP no Co-Op. 1/2 FPS, 1/2 RPG, all loot whore.

Yeah, we get ripped off on Steam, but it's still cheap as hell!!

(Bought ALL his Steam games in sales)

I bought this yesterday, took about 20 hours to download, and was in awe of how fun this game is.
I'm absolutely LOVING this game.
