Hacking Border VS Borderless Icons?

At first i loved border ones resembling the DSi Menu but after trying the borderless ones it looks way better in my opinion I mean check this pic of borderless in action, sexy...

i like borderless icons better. imo the larger images look a lot slicker.

Borderless, although that's mainly because I use iMenu. Borders look ugly on iMenu.
