ROM Hack BootNTR Broken for Luma 10.2.1

To use BootNTR, you have to use this version of Luma:

The official Luma release no longer supports BootNTR or it's plugins, and I think it's been like that for a while. There's probably another release of Luma you can use, though, but this is the one I use (no problems with it so far).
