Hacking Bootmii Not Starting as Boot2

Hi Guys. I have a launch wii that i have used softmodded.

I used bannerbomb and then installed Bootmii as an IOS and Boot2 (making a good NAND backup along the way). I followed a guide to go from 3.2U to 4.0U. Everything seems to work fine. Except Bootmii will not start when I power it up as I expect it too.

When I power it up, I get a blank screen. If I take out the SD card then the machine will boot to System Menu and I can launch Bootmii from the HBC.

Any thoughts? I worry in the event of a bad brick, I won't be able to restore from my backup because I cant get to the HBC.

so when you power up with a sd card inserted it black screens?

but when its out, it boots up like normal?

try uninstalling then reinstalling bootmii

bootmii doesnt like your sd card

there is alot of sdhc cards it dont like
