Hacking BootMii IOS Question

hi guys
i softmodded my cousin's Wii
but it only supports BootMii as IOS
i installed Both BootMii & Priiloader

my question is can i backup/restore the NAND incase the wii bricks
since i can load BootMii from Priiloader, or what else can i do?

You can make backups fine, but restoring NAND backups from Bootmii @ IOS is dangerous. Anyway, if you bricked your wii and still can access priiloader, for sure you can fix it without restoring a NAND backup.

Acessing homebrew channel via priiloader to launch apps to remove bad wads or reinstall IOSes.

Most "bricks" come from newbies installing a .wad or removing a ios that they shouldn't have. If you can boot into priiloader it will allow you to access the homebrew channel without loading the system menu. Once your into the HBC you can usually fix the problem.

Just be careful and you shouldn't ever need to do that.

1. The wii wont brick unless you are foolish.

2. you can restore the nand if you want ( no need if youre not foolish)

3. If you did a nand backup you are a step ahead foolish people

4. Go into priiloader hacks and block updates in case someone foolish touch the wii
