Hacking Booting issues after updating A9LH

So after updating A9Lh on my 2DS properly with this: https://plailect.github.io/Guide/updating-a9lh
I have a weird issue.

First, when my DS Flashcard (R4 Gold Pro) is inserted, the screen stays black while booting and i have to shut down and remove said card, it worked perfectly before.
However, even without the Card, sometimes i'm just stuck in a black screen and have to power down the console by holding the power button.

Removing and Inserting the SD Card will fix this though. (Sometimes)

Did i possible do something wrong or is my SD Card dying. I have no idea.
