EDIT: According to the Luma3DS wiki, Luma3DS will crash if things it patches were already patched externaly in the past. One of the things Luma3DS allows is the ability to play custom GBA games and I remember having installed a patch to allow that in the past. I suspect that by removing this patch, I will be able fix my problem.
EDIT2: It didn't work.
