Hacking boot ntr selector not working

Title says it all i go into boot selector and it seems to work fine then it says to press home so i do, then when i try to select the game it closes ntr and won't let me use the plugins.

Don't use BootNTR Selector Mode 3 for non-Mode 3 games and don't use it on a n3DS/n2DS. Mode 3 games include Pokemon SuMo/USUM, Smash, and Mario Maker. Use normal BootNTR Selector for non-Mode 3 games.

Mode 3 is only for use on o3DS systems.
