Hacking boom blox PAL - Flickery Screen

The game seems to be running fine, i reburned but the only problem with it is the screen moves up and down the tv really fast and is flickery, it reminds me of an old VHS tape when you first start the movie. I have HD Component cables and Original VGA Cables. They both do the same thing. i tried it with both versions of the backup loader and it still doesn't work, Does anyone have any ideas to fix?

seems your tv can't handle the pal video signal, so just get the ntsc version

Most TV sets in the US, don't handle PAL correctly. If at all. An HDTV is more likely to accept it than an SDTV though.

Besides, Nintendo doesn't "officially" support PAL output from NTSC systems anyway. As the lack of a menu option to select that shows.
