BoltThrower, the space shmup game for the Wii made by Titmouse, has been updated to version 0.62. See the change log for what's new in this release, and visit the project page linked below to get the full story on the progress of this homebrew.

This project is coming along really nicely. Any idea if different ship or weapon upgrade system might get implemented to it as it might add even more replay value.
