ROM Hack Boktai Solar Sensor Patch

Pardon me if this isn't the right board for this, but I was wondering if anyone had the old IPS solar sensor patch for use with Boktai 1 in VBA? Recently had to replace my laptop, but I wasn't able to restore my collection, unfortunately. I can't seem to find it anywhere, as most of the sites that hosted it before have closed down within the last few years. Mind you, I'm not asking for the game, just the IPS patch. I'm not exactly sure what the patch does, but if it just tells the ROM that it's sunny out, I think No$gba has a similar feature where you can pick what the solar sensor is reporting to the game.
