I didn't have time to read all 28 pages of this thread but I can say for sure that Bob never had a chance with Nintendo. You can't be licensed working out of your bedroom. You have to have a secure office. You also can't be licensed if you don't have the funds to back up both production and manufacturing of a game. Furthermore, you can't be licensed if you don't have substantial previous experience, meaning successful commercial releases. His little tantrums only further hurt his chances of getting on the Nintendo gravy train.
