Blue Screen

I have nintendo switch 2, CFW moded

But my daughters are playing their nswitch and it fell on the floor. I was not around. they told me they turn it on and they dont what they did. they are just 6 years old and 3 years old.

basically the switch is working fine, no files is being upgraded or downgraded

now when they gave it to me its on bluescreen already

I tried;
*turning it on and off - still blue screen
*pressing + and - and power button at the same time but its not working
*remove the sd card and it says "boot that"
*clean the sd card and put it back
*tried let it on until the battery is drained and turned off
*tried connecting to tv and dock, the screen doesnt turn off and its still on blue screen
-it is going to the loading screen-

it has also a loading line from left to right showing the logo like the above image and words then it goes blue screen

since it fell down, most likely it shutdown and they turn it on but I dont know if they press something from the hekate menu and choose the wrong icon and now its in blue screen


please help me

You posted that same message a few days ago in the noobs thread, and somebody answered it was more than likely hardware defect. And it makes sense, since it was dropped on the floor. Not to pass judgement or anything, but kids of that age should play with toys suited for them, instead of messing with expensive pieces of technology. But anyway, what's done is done. Your best option is to bring it to a repair shop, or have it repaired by Nintendo, if it wasn't hacked.

A blue screen means your Switch is freaking out.
Due to the impact something came loose on the motherboard.
Usually it can be fixed by a skilled repair shop.
If you're into repairing stuff like this and do have such skills, applying some pressure to the cpu, ram or emmc can help to identify the problem. But repairing it often involves reballing such chips, which is not for the faint of heart.
