To me your cart looks great, maybe you should keep trying with different microSD cards....things like that happen, that a few cards just don't run, we had that before.

tried 3... and all of them work with my R4 Ultra But I have no other option for now until teensy replies I guess.

did you re-download the gateway firmware, maybe you have a corrupt download?

can you play any ds games from the blue cart, can you test it in a ds or ds lite?

I assume you sorted this out but posting this since I hate unresolved problems when I google for them myself, just in case other people have this issue.

I had this too with a 16GB Kingston Micro SD HC, and the only other micro SD I had was the 8GB one in my girlfriend's phone. This is partitioned to have a 4GB EXT4 partition and a 4GB FAT32 partition. I didn't even format or change anything, I copied over the blue card files onto the FAT32 partition, still with all the other stuff there, and it worked fine.

So it was probably a problem with all your micro SD cards, unfortunately.
