Hi , when i go to the homebrew channel and run bloopairs a application with pairing dualshock 3 start . I cannot pair my xbox one s controller. Pls can you help me ?

Why do you start the application for the dualshock 3? Press the home button and register a new controller.

has your controller ever paired? there's an update for the xbox one controllers that makes bloopair not work. you have to downgrade. I don't know how to do that, but you should be able to find a tutorial by googling.

Home button opens the menu. Not the homebrew launcher. Go to the home menu, press the home button and then sync your controller. Otherwise, do what @godreborn wrote. Maybe you have to downgrade your controller.
