Gaming Blasphemous game breaking Bug

Today i lost all my upgrade levels. Be aware that dying and at the same time finishing the Tres Angustias will reset all your upgrades. And of course, you have to beat the sisters again With stats like at the start of the game. You cannot get back the items to upgrade your rosary etc. because all these things are one time only pick ups in the game.
