Hacking Blank R4 Card

Hi, I purchased the following R4 card online that came with no instructions.

But I am unable to find the firmware with it.
Whenever I put in R4 xxx firmware, I load up Bomberman and I see a White Screen with Menu?

The R4 card I bought online was blank, so that doesn't help me figure out which firmware I require.

I cracked open the R4 itself, and have attached the following photos.

I am hoping this R4 card will work with my 3DS and I have recently bought a 64gb Toshiba MicroSD card (microSDXC UHC-I Card - M302-EA Exceria)

Can anyone help me regarding this issue?

Format the MicroSD to FAT32 (you need additional tools for that) or use a smaller MicroSD.
The "Dual-Core 2018" kernel from r4isdhc.com should be fine.

Thanks very much for replying, I've just reformatted it again and tried the Dual Core kernel. But still no luck.
Perhaps it is the microSD issue, I'll buy a 32gb one and see if that works.
