Hacking Black screen while flashing ntrboot on a 2DS

Hi all!

I am trying to install boot9strap through a compatible flashcart R4 SDHC 3DS-DSi Dual-Core 2018 following the "3DS hacks guide".

My device is a 2DS with 11.6.0-39 firmware.

However, when I try to flash the ntrboot .nds trough my flashcart, after pressing RETAIL the bottom screen just vanishes.

In detail: - First, bottom screen says "Writing blowfish key (1) 0%" - Second, bottom screen says "Writing for NOR erase to finish" - Third, the bottom screen just goes black.

I have the exact same problem on a new 2ds xl

I have the same problem with first R4 SDHC 3DS-DSi Dual-Core on DSi xl, It can be a problem with the .nds file or the fact that the file does not support rewriting of R4 dual-core

You don't need a flashcart to install CFW. Installing CFW through another method is just as effective, and is also easier.
