Hardware Black screen while booting up

So I have a hacked 3ds and it needed an update I asked someone if it was ok and he said he didn’t know so I did it wondering what would happen. it’s stuck on a black screen now and I don’t know what to do could anyone help

• Enter to Luma config menu (pressing SELECT on boot). Then check if "Disable ARM11 exception handlers" option is enabled, and if yes, please disable/unmark it. Press START (an ARM11 "pm" type error possibly appears on boot).
• Now, update Luma to the latest version (on the SD card), following this post.
