Hacking Black screen when trying to inject payload

Just purchased a new switch and have loaded all the files onto a 4gb fat32 sd card.

Successfully connected to the switch showing it's in RCM mode but when I try and inject the payload the tegrarcm software freezes and nothing else happens.

My console serial is XAJ7002 and has the latest Nintendo firmware on it.

Please help as I'm pulling my hair out with this.

Restart your pc, open tegraRCM b4 you plug your switch in, also make sure to have drivers intalled.
