Black screen but NSW active it seems

Hi,

Most likely due to a power surge on my electric network, my NSW console displays a black screen.
Pressing power for 20+ seconds does not work.
I believe it is running because TegraRCMGui turns green when I hook it to my computer.
How can I power off/on (hatd reset) ? Do I need to plug the Team Executer bottom dongle that I have or the other one on the right console controller ?

Sorry. Solved. The bottom dougle had no power !
