Gaming Black screen at Wario Ware DIY

Hey,
When im starting up Wario Ware DIY... it gets a black screen...
Tryed downloading it form another site, doesn't work either...

Anyone occured this too, and knows a way to avoid it??

I'm using DSTT with newest patch

yeah, i know..
but when i started the game the black screen occurs, not when opening/loading the game

reformat your sd card with panasonic formatter
