Hacking black ops on r4i ultra

can someone explain to me how to get black ops working on an r4i ultra, all i get currently is a black screen. i am using r4i and r4u v1.56 kernel from http://www.r4ultra.com/ if it helps, i also tried "wood r4" and i couldnt get it working

You have a unsupported r4 clone.

Either learn to use YSmenu or get a better cart. Not much you can do here.

wood r4 does not work on r4 ultra.

i might be wrong, but there was a patch/hex fix somewhere, but i forgot where it was.

Either use YSMenu or AKAIO 1.8.6 (from here: http://www.r4ultra.com/). Wood R4 does not work with the R4i Ultra. I recommend trying AKAIO and seeing if it works, I have an R4i Ultra and AKAIO 1.8.6 is the best loader available (out of YSMenu and official firmware). If it doesn't work with AKAIO then try YSMenu, and if it still doesn't work either give up trying to get the game to work or buy a Supercard DS2, Cyclo iEvolution or an Acekard 2i.

Your card can't use wood R4. Try downloading RetroGameFan's multi card update and follow the instructions for R4SDHC.
