Hacking Black Ops and USB ports

So, i have gotten Black ops, and decided to try it out. Now, yes i did get a freeze, but only because i don't have the original port that you are supposed to use on usb loaders. (i just plug it in, the power gets to it, but its undetectable by every thing on my wii.) So, i have been using cIOS36 rev10 to load all my games, and have had no problems. Now i see that Black Ops takes a base IOS57, and i'm wondering, is there any cIOS with a base 57 that can run both ports?
