Hacking black lines?

Hi all. I successfully flashed both mine and my brother's ds lites. I did his first, then mine. Everything went smooth. I love not having the warning screen. Anyway, my brothers boots smoothly into the ds menu however when I boot my ds up, the backlight of the screens light up like normal except on the touch screen, some black lines show up for a second. It's really annoying. Is there anyway to remove this? Thanks.

Ok, so it seems to be a burn-in effect..... I was playing a gba game (using top screen) and when I turned off then back on, it wasn't there. After I loaded into ysmenu, I turned off and re-turned on and within the black lines I saw a faint image of the bottom screen of ysmenu's menu. I guess it really isn't a problem.... Lock this thread if you wish.
