Hardware Black Error screen launching installed games

hey people I recently tried to undust my old N3ds but it crashes each time I try to launch any installed game or apps, cartridges work fine.
the console is in pretty good conditions and was never hacked
any suggestions?

What happens if you delete a game and redownload it from the eShop?

I already tried that but it gives me the same error
