Hacking Black DSTTs

dx, of course, is selling black dstts now. are these fakes, or are there black fakes in the wild?

I believe that the new DSTTs were black... Or was that the fake DSTT advance?

I ordered one from DX a few weeks back when it said they shipped in black case and were checked to make sure they are no fake. and well, my card arrived and it was no fake BUT it was in a white shell :-/

so I wrote to the dx-support and they gave me a $1.6 in store credit which i can use for a worthless free item, yay. now i have 2 white dstts and a black ds.

black dstt have been out for over a month now. all ones tht i have seen are real.

not totally useless check the $2 section you could get something useful like a Tri-Wing screwdriver if you don't have one already

or a Torx driver if you have a PSP ..

if its $1.60 and not $1.06 then get a set of 4 spare ds stylus!

I received one of the Black ones and the fake detector program says its 'fake'
It works fine though with 1.15 and I am satisfied with it as i have a Black DS.

My last DSTT from DX was black too...

But it's a real one (real pcb).

And the Fake detector say it's a true too (intel flash chip).
