Is it safe to watch movies with black borders (diffrent resolution) or playing psx games for long time on oled vita?

Yeah.. why not? Oled burns in after 15+ hours at once for a longer time... but when you just watch some movie (3/4 hours) and then use the whole screen for a while you will be good.
