Hacking Black and white + Screen moves around like mad

I bought my WII in america. It has the latest firmware. I used bannerbomb. I'm using all the newest wads etc. CIOS 13b IOS249(not 260), and I have HBC, HBB, GCL, WII backuploader .3 gamma.
I am using sony dvd+r at 4x speed. I tried PAL and NTSC games- same result.

When I load a game using the backup loader it starts fine but as soon as the game initializes it goes B&W and the screen scrolls up 2 times per second like its refreshing uber fast. Whats the cause of this? It happens on all games BTW.

Set your loaders to force NTSC video mode, seems that now PAL50 is selected.
You may want to check your video setting in the wii menu too.

    Or, I also heard that if you use flash memory, it can act as more "RAM" at least windows tell me when I stick a flash drive into it.
