Gaming bios password

hi,

i got a fujitsu siemens amilo pi 1536 and it have a bios password
the service hate me they will not help me can anyone help me?
please say is clearly

ps: i have already took out the bios battery also i cant find the jumper

It may be some default password from Fujitsu, google it.
And, fujitsu HAVE to give you the password.
So call them again, and tell them that you just need the password, if they don't want to give it to you, tell them they HAVE to give it to you.

Another option could be: Update your BIOS!
This will put a whole new BIOS on your laptop, without a password

You should leave the bios battery out for a few minutes. Not sure how long you did that for. Also make sure it is unplugged from the mains and the laptop battery is removed.
