Hi every my name is destasoul from all of the games I'm interested in to fixing is Bionicle heroes for the ds
I believe that there is a way to recreate everything but before that, I wanna see if I can fix the movements

the normal input are fine to put on the controller its the second part of the jump and weapons selection I, have
trouble with because the are on the bottom screen and trying many times on a emulator to find that solution but i can 't
finding out how to put that touch or selection to another button.

wanna just find out if you can just put everything on a normal controller without touching the screen below no movement.

You have two approaches
1) You hack the game to respond to a different input.
2) You change your controller to fake it.

1) involves hacking a game, and while it has been done many times it is possibly not something you will find easy and is unlikely anybody is going to do it for you (if it was a game everybody liked then that is one thing).

2) Seems viable if you are wanting to play on emulators.
What I would do is find something like the old joypad to keyboard/mouse programs (they make your joypad appear to the PC as keyboard entries, usually aimed at those games that did not support joypads) and program one of the buttons on your joypad to perform a macro (macro is just a selection of commands, most usually meet them first in some kind of cheat making capacity where you press a button and the controller automatically sends a certain series of inputs designed to do something more consistently than you as a human can). In this case however the macro would be to move the mouse to a certain point on the screen/window* before pressing the button and thus activating the touchscreen ability.

*if the program gives you the option to be relative to the window or relative to the screen then probably want to pick window, that way if you move the emulator on the screen it should move to the new location, if you do it screen relative then unless you program it for full screen it is not going to work if you move the emulator to somewhere else on the screen)

I don't know what the kids are using these days for joypad to keyboard/mouse programs however, and macros can get more fun again if they are not included (though there are plenty of programs).
Alternatively you can continue with the joypad as is (sounds like it works fine for what you want other than this touchscreen stuff) and use one of the various macro languages to do it for you.

https://www.rewasd.com/advanced-controller-mapping#close looks like one option but I would look around to see what you have for joypad macro programs/languages.

faking the controls is going well and have done that route
i'm not that big in hacking and not even good in the most I, know is a part of html

but i, want fake the touch screen panel in thinking to pressing in the senter or in other words
more looking trying to jump and select the weapons without doing that.

the jump issue is a little bit solved now to trying finding out I, have linked that up it only need 2 button press to actived and deactive the styler only wish that could be faster.

It can be faster.
Get the macro options of whatever is good for that. Find out how to get window relative mode and then have the mouse click on the point in the touch screen. You can now call that macro, or indeed bind it to a button on the controller and have the button automatically/instantly move the mouse to a given screen location and click. Get another for the other action and you can give that another button. If you need a more complicated action (say drawing something or moving) you can capture or program that too.

Autohotkey is one of the main programs used for this sort of thing in gaming circles
Bit of searching about topics you probably want to look at
https://www.autohotkey.com/docs/misc/RemapJoystick.htm
https://www.autohotkey.com/docs/commands/MouseClick.htm

or that rewasd program probably does something similar.

This sort of thing is also something many disabled people will want to have to play DS games on an emulator with so maybe see if they have an easier option here, or at least a premade autohotkey script you can tweak to do what you want.
