binloader not working

Hi And thanks for reading.

I am trying to make a database back up using the karo jailbreak. When i go into tools, then click on the db backup tab, i get the error message that the binloader service is not running.

Have checked, binloader is definitely running, can't get past this problem. Have tried restarting the ps4, but no improvement.

Do you know what the problem is, or is there any other way of making a database back up.
