PS1/2 Bin files to disc?

So recently I've acquired bin/cue files for Dragon Blaze on the PS2, I'm having difficulty finding info but what is the best method for burning them to disc? Does it need to be patched as well?
As for the system I have Free mcboot.
I appologise if this question has already been answered here on the forums but search didn't yield anything.

Cheers for the advice, I'll try it and report back if it works or not

EDIT: Followed a tutorial on converting it to an ISO but doesn't seem to want to work when burnt to either a DVD or a CD (noticed that the original game is one of those few CD PS2 games)

Not sure what else to do, will the bin work with stuff like OPL loader?
 
bin/cue files are normally for CD games, you will need to convert the game to DVD then patch it for free MCboot. No idea what utilities you need as I used HDLoader and also have a Matrix mod chip in my PS2.
