listen, a friend of mine has found an italian site saying that it's possible to mod a 4.3 wii without any game...
what do you think?? ...I hardly doubt it!!

anyway, before he kills his wii with some crap... here it is:

That's the old bannerbomb v2 exploit for 4.2 only. (not for 4.3)
