Biden administration plans to resume Trump tariffs on China-made GPUs and motherboards

All graphics cards, mobos, CPUs, even PC cases ... up 25%, if Made in China.

I'm not sure what the significance is of most of the headlines about this pointing out that this is "bringing back" "Trump-era" tariffs. If this goes into effect, they're Biden tariffs now.

When it comes to production and manufacturing Americans just can't compete anymore, might as well ban the competition or raise crazy tariffs on them. It's become the easy go-to solution for everything that does not benefit the administration
