Gaming Best video game controllers for PC?

I am looking to buy a PC controller to play some platformer games with along with some others. I want to know what are some controller you suggest or a site that has a list of the best controllers for PC. I used to have a Xbox 360 controller just looking for something else. Thanks

If you like the playstation shape for a controller I'd go with a logitech rumblepad, or the wireless rumblepad 2. I love logitech peripherals cause they have lasted a lot longer than any other microsoft branded peripheral. IMO logitech makes more sturdy equipment, I don't throw my controllers on the ground when I lose or anything like that but logitech seems to last longer under normal wear and tear

I think you can even just get a DualShock 3 and install special drivers that'll let you use it on a PC.

Law is right...I use my PS3 controller using those special drivers. Just google it, download it, install it, and your set

Look into a Cyborg V.5 Rumble Pad. It's a 360/PC pad that lets you swap the location of the left stick and D-pad.
