Uhh, I'm pretty sure the OP asked for games like Superman or Iron Man.

That said, I'm going to suggest Spiderman Web of Shadows and Iron Man 2. They're very similar but they're probably the best superhero games you'll find.

This. If you like games like SSB, I suggest you try this one out. It might look kiddy because of the cute sprites, but it's actually a very solid game and it has Download Play

I would go with Spider-Man 3 for the DS
It's a 2.5D Metroidvina game.
