Hacking Best SNES9x build?

Can someone enlighten me as to what the best SNES9x build is?

The emulator FAQ page lists 'SNES9x Euphoria R5 Beta 3' and 'Snes9xTYLmecm 11-27-09'.

Filetrip has 'uo Snes9x 0.02y33 Build 0032' which looks newer?

Any advice would be appreciated.

Of all the ones I've tried, the one I listed there first is the most feature-complete and plays the most games and such.
