Best settings for Flycast

I just added the latest CI build of Flycast to my Switch and gettings decent performance on games. Happy!

Are there any settings I need to change to get a bit better performance?
Also overclocking would benefit Flycast I think. What are the recommended speeds when overclocking for Flycast?
