Homebrew Best settings for DQ IX ?

Currently playing DQ IX on NO$GBA 2.6a.
Unfortunately, the sound and 3D graphics seems weird.
Jagged lines on characters and distorted noises most of the time.
The intro cutscene is also sluggish.

I'm just wondering what are the best settings for this new game.
Also if I should use NO$Zoomer 2.3.0.2 over NO$GBA.
