In games, there's a lot. Google is your best friend, buddy!

There's the Japanese version of elite beat. I think it was about cheerleaders or something.

Then there's extreme space invaders, you might say it's not but it is. If you listen to it clearly then you'll hear that you're making techno. With the song they put in it, every time you fire, kill, die, or use power-ups you are giving it a beat. try it, it's really weired and cool at the same time.

You Can play Ouendan 1/2, Rhythm Heaven (Rythm Tengoku), All are based on rythm, Also Taiko no tatsujin 1 and 2.

there is no way the hokuto no ken game is a rhythm game. That game is purely about busting some random guys head with your fist plain and simple or if your Rei, slicing random people to death

I thinks its about rythm because you have to touch so many dots in 3 or 5 seconds and are other things more than the dots like the "Circle drawing" or something, But maybe it will not are rhytm at all it contains a little, and its a good game you should accept... XD, Well its not a rhytm game, but its fun so i edit my post.

Both are very good.
