I use xlned which is simply the cheapest i could find. My connection only goes to 325 ko sec so i took there lowest package. 60 days retention, 2,5 mbits, unlimited bandwidth for a measly 25$ canadian for... 6 month.

I'm pretty sure you can't find cheaper than that.

+1 Astraweb. 256 bit ssl encryption, 150 day retention, fast speeds. Never had a problem so far.
