Well there are the 3 normal ones and the newest dalmatiner and friends the first 3 are mostly the same while I'm not sure about th last one... (maybe they added dalmatiner as a dog ?)

Dalmation one have most pimped-out room at beginning of game (lots of details, colours etc) and I think it is latest of them all, but my favourite was (at the time that I played it, now I'm bored with that series) labrador and friends, because at start you can buy there a cute little miniature pinscher.

it all depends on what her favourite type of dog is. all the games are the same, only difference is which dogs you start off with. but eventually all the dogs are unlocked.

there are 5 versions, Duchshund, labrador,Chihuahua, dalmation and best friends

Really depends on what kind of dog your sister likes the most. If she likes dachshund, no matter how cute chiuahua is to some people, she wouldn't like it.

Best Friends is probably the best one, as it's so special. After that, it's Dalmation. But the others are good too if it's just the dog you like.
