Homebrew Best Modern Way For Cheats?

Hey guys, I know this is probably a pretty basic question but what is currently the best method for cheats on a the latest Luma3DS versions?

Right now I know of:
1) NTR seems to be able
2) Luma will be able to (soon if not now)
3) Ctrpf which appears to replace the luma boot.firm file?

And then there are different cheat file formats like Fort42. I know this is probably pretty basic, but what are yalls setups for this?

personally, I use NTR and it's treated me just fine.

Appreciate it! I will use NTR Cheat plugins. Is there something similar to TitleDB where you can download plugin files?

really only ntr. only other cheat support was gateway and thats long dead

Those are fine but CTRPF is much better. You don't have to rely on people making NTR plugins or having to set up a compiling toolchain to make them yourself anymore, since CTRPF works with AR codes now. And AR codes are easily available for many (most?) games. CTRPF also makes it easy to create new basic cheats like infinite health or money.
And yes, the latest CTRPF is simply using a modded Luma that has it built in so you don't need NTR, however there is a version of it that works as a NTR plugin as well.
