Gaming Best local multiplayer games

Me and my friend both have flashcards, and I was wondering what some of the best local multiplayer (not WFC) games are for such a long period of time. I already know some good ones are Mario Kart DS, Ouendan 2, and Tetris DS. Any others that have exceptional longevity in multiplayer?

You're probably gonna want a co-op game if you're wanting to spend most of your time gaming together. I'd say Ring of Fates and / or Children of Mana (though not my first choice) are good games for your purposes. Of course, JUMP Ultimate Stars would also be a good one for a quick bought or two...or five.

Some Bomberman maybe, Tetris, Mario Kart. . . of course . . . some interesting Brain Games are nice too . . .like Big Brain Academy is one that me and my friends enjoy playing together.

Ring of Fates. Definitely Ring of Fates.

It's the best co-op experience on the DS. YOU WILL BE HOOKED.

But for multiplayer games, I'd have to say that Ring of Fates is a must have. Ha, it gets too fun sometimes

Legend of Zelda and the Phantom Hourglass could be fun for a couple of hours.

New Super Mario Bros is one of the best multiplayer games I've EVER played. Period!

Just as long as both players are veteran Mario players of course!

Some advance wars wouldn't hurt either.

+1 for New Super Mario Bros. I didn't expect it to be that good but It's pretty addictive and simple at the same time, just as Mario always is.

call of duty 4. forgetting a few minor glitches, and balancing issues, its quite an awesome game (especially 2v2)

Believe it or not nothing beats Clubhouse Games.

If you are playing on a bus, you want a game you can get into in seconds, and not care if it gets interrupted suddenly. And it has 42 games after all.
