Hacking Best Loader for SD Cards

I'm leaning heavily toward Configurable USB Loader, since I've had a good history of compatibility with it. I've heard Wii Flow is also a good alternative, though I'm much less familiar with it. USBLoaderGX is out of the question, since it only supports USB.

Just wanted to get an idea before I invest too much time into it.
